In an effort to serve all individuals in a timely, efficient manner, and in an effort to serve individuals who are wait-listed for service, it is requested that cancellation notice be provided by phone [403-247-9144] at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. In the event that 24 hours notice is not provided, Mountainview will endeavor to fill the appointment. A fee representing 50% of the appointment fee will be charged to the canceling party if the appointment is not filled. A fee representing 100% will be charged if no cancellation notice is provided by phone prior to the scheduled appointment.
